Chef Rachel Foster is a classically trained chef and brings 12 years of restaurant experience to Moni’s Pizza & Pasta, including working under Gordon Ramsey’s Sous Chef Gloria Felix in Los Angeles and being the Sous Chef at The Mantle in Bricktown for two years while John Foster brings his business experience to the restaurant.

Making a place for you and your friends to spend a time to remember is our primary purpose.
